PixelCNC v1.63b Update - Bugfixes!

This update is to fix several super inconvenient bugs that have appeared over the last 2-3 updates. Because of the nature of these bugs this update needed to go out sooner rather than later. Not all of the bugfixes are urgent and those ones just happen to be included because they were fixed along with the urgent ones.
