PixelCNC v1.78b

This is a smaller update comprising almost exclusively bugfixes and minor changes.

The included changes.txt that should open after updating PixelCNC on your system covers all of the included changes that have been made since v1.76b.

We have a few new things in the works right now including interactive tutorials, video tutorials, new toolpath types, and a few other things too.
