PixelCNC v1.73b Hotfix!

This is just a small update to fix a few issues that we'd prefer users not have to contend with! It fixes an issue that prevents users from re-activating PixelCNC after a hardware change to their system. This update also fixes a UI issue that could occur when PixelCNC has not been able to check for updates for a few weeks and pops up a dialog requesting that the user allow it to check. This dialog could cause the entire UI to lock up and become unresponsive to mouse input, similar to the free trial nag screen issue that was fixed in the previous update.
